Ice Spice has finally released her debut album, Y2K! And there is a bunch of sh*t on there. Here is a quick ranking of all the poop references on her debut album.

The last couple of years have been a Whirlpool for Ice Spice. In the span of just two years, she has gone from obscurity to becoming one of the most important figures in rap, with a number of clear-the-air moments. After releasing songs in squirts, she finally dropped her debut album, Y2K!, last night. The album, which is a play on the day she was born—January 1, 2000—is her first real crack at proving she’s not just hot air.

While other young rappers have a tendency to just dump a lot of music out in an attempt to game streaming, Ice Spice took a different route with her debut: Y2K! is only 10 songs, with a run time of around 23 minutes, which, funny enough, is shorter than the extended version of her debut EP, Like..?.

One of the songs on the album is “Think U the Shit,” a somewhat polarizing track where she comes after rivals—*cough* Latto—who think they’re as potent as she is. The track also highlights an interesting tic Spice has: she raps about poop a lot. This is true for Y2K!; there is a lot of shit on this album, with multiple tracks featuring playful references to defecating.

So let us unload. Here is a quick ranking of all the poop lines on Ice Spice’s Y2K! Album.

4.“I'm his poopie, but I never smell” — “BB Belt”

Despite the title, there aren’t a lot of references to Y2K on Ice Spice’s debut. One of the exceptions is “BB Belt,” which is titled after the bedazzled belts that were popular in the early 2000s. She uses the track to salute the belt; (maybe?) sneak diss Cardi B; and declare she’s someone’s “poopie” on the song’s chorus. This isn’t the first time she called herself a poopie—check last year’s “Deli”—and, spoiler alert, it won’t be the last time. (Please scroll down.)

3.“Standin' on shit like a floor mat” — “Oh Shhh…”

It’s only right that a song called “Oh Shhh…” would have a poop bar in it. Taken literally, the line doesn’t make a bunch of sense. But we’ll give her props for the double entendre that she pulls off. We would have also probably ranked this higher if she could have gotten Travis Scott, who is on the record, to participate in some kind of way.

2.“Birdy took a fake perc now he got tummy runs” — “Plenty Sun”

This line is great because it is very descriptive. You can kind of just see this happen. (Someone tweaking off something toxic just running to the bathroom.) Also, we’re giving extra points for the fact that this is most likely the first time “tummy runs” has been uttered on a rap song.

1.“Think you the shit, bitch? You not even the fart”—“Think U The Shit (Fart)”

Come on, what else was it going to be? Since “Think U The Shit (Fart)” first dropped last year, the song has lived in infamy. Despite the fact that it lifts quite liberally from 41’s “Bent,” the song is memorable, with an opening line that is equally shocking and funny; it's going to be around for years and it’s a goofy line and moment that only Ice Spice could pull off. It’s also clearly the standout poop line on her debut. Take a bow.
