This week, after months and months of anticipation, Meek Mill finally dropped his next studio album Dreamchasers 4. One of the projects standout tracks is the song "Litty," which features a verse from Toronto rapper Tory Lanez. Many have been quick to point out that the content and delivery of Lanez's contributions bear a striking similarity to Travis Scott. Yesterday, he took to Twitter to silence that assertion.

In 2014, Lanez revealed that he wrote “Brand New Choppas” for Scott. “I do a lot of writing and sometimes people don’t really know how much writing I do,” he said at the time. “I did the latest shit for Travis Scott and T.I., the ‘Brand New Choppas’ shit, I wrote that.” Even with that added bit of information, people on Twitter have been relentlessly calling him out.

It's yet to be seen if Lanez latest comments will either kill the controversy or add more fuel to the fire. Check out "Litty" below and decide for yourself how similar their styles are.
