Kid Cudi's third studio album, Indicud, is available on Complex in a 3LP pressing.
Released in April 2013, Indicud marked a significant turning point for Cudi. Breaking away from the Man on the Moon series for the first time in his solo catalog, the record also saw him seize full control of the production, handling nearly every beat himself. Hit-Boy co-produced one track, and Dot da Genius contributed drums on two others, but the creative weight of the record rested almost entirely on Cudi's shoulders. Indicud debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 upon its release.

The album was a deliberate shift in tone. Where his earlier work leaned into isolation and existential weight, Indicud was built around something brighter—Cudi wanted uptempo energy and a more positive headspace, describing it at the time as a completely different format from anything he'd done before. The guest list reflected that expansive ambition, with appearances from Kendrick Lamar, King Chip, Too Short, RZA, ASAP Rocky, Father John Misty, Michael Bolton, and Haim. Now, Indicud is celebrating its 13th anniversary.
