Yung Miami's Mother Keenya Young Slams Rumors She's Shooting Her Shot at Lil Baby

After Yung Miami's mom left a few heart-eye emojis under Lil Baby's latest Instagram post, fans thought she was shooting her shot, which she's since denied.

Yung Miami’s mother Keenya Young made headlines after seemingly shooting her shot at Lil Baby.

On Thursday, the My Turn rapper posted a set of two photos on Instagram, showing him wearing a “Stop Being Racist” t-shirt and a Cleveland Indians hat featuring a Chief Wahoo logo (that pairing, in itself, is a conundrum).

Young took to the comments, where she dropped off some heart-eye emojis—which definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Fans thought she was attempting to flirt with 27-year-old Baby, who didn’t respond. Once Young caught wind of rumors that she was trying to make a pass at him, she cleared the air on her IG Stories.

“No I am not feeling Lil Baby,” Keenya wrote. “I will never disrespect him like that or [Quality Control] my daughter is part of that label what the [fuck] I look like? I don’t play that period! A heart eye emoji for me is just a like I put under everybody picture! I’m sorry if that’s how you see it or took it.”

The blog Onsite! apologized to her, after trying to turn her heart-eye emojis into a story, writing, “Sorry Ma, Our Bad...We Thought You Was Tryna Slide…We love you.”

Lil Baby has been busy, having recently shared the song “Frozen.” On May 22, he also teased the impending release of something, taking to Twitter to write, “7/?/22,” followed by a handful of flame emojis.
