Yo Gotti wants 42 Dugg out of jail, and he's willing to pay a lot of money to make it happen.

“I got 2 million for any lawyer that can get Dugg out early!" Gotti wrote on his Instagram Story. "Thanks, [that’s] what I want for my birthday.”

He ended the note with, “#FreeDoggy.”

The CMG label head made his comments soon after Dugg took to his own Instagram to share the alleged conditions he’s enduring at an Atlanta jail.

“ATL US marshalls tryna keep me from going home I supposed to got out [sic] oct 14th of last year, they illegally held me without reasoning because they felt my federal judge in Detroit shouldn’t of gave me ah bond,” Dugg wrote in a since-deleted post.

He also claimed that U.S. Marshalls wouldn’t permit him to attend a court hearing on Zoom and that they're trying to “ruin” his life. Dugga then asked for “the best civil lawyer in Georgia.”

“Im in jail for going to the gun range, dropping dirty, an failure to appear. I didn’t steal from nobody, hurt nobody, they handling me crazy," he wrote. "Man im in this bitch heating my food up with the water from the nasty ass shower, they dont even give us hot water to heat our food up, aint no microwave, I can’t get no visits from my family, nothing. Im sure they gone do some more illegal shit but what I pose to die in this bitch for probation violation.”

Dugg was sentenced in April after pleading guilty to prison evasion back in February, and could face up to five years behind bars. The court is recommending a six-month sentence, and for him to serve three years of supervised release following prison, and pay a maximum fine of $250,000.

The case dates back to 2019, when Dugg was arrested for allegedly firing a weapon at a gun range in Atlanta. Because he's a convicted felon, he wasn't allowed to fire a weapon, and was later arrested and charged with felony firearms possession in March 2020.

A year later, Dugg entered into plea deal negotiations in order to avoid a maximum penalty of 10 years behind bars in exchange for probabtion. However, the judge reversed the probation and gave Dugg six months in jail and two years of supervised release. When he didn’t surrender himself last April, he was taken into custody by federal agents a month later at a Detroit airport.
