But instead of making rock music, the 17-year-old has opted for rap. Alabama took to TikTok this week to share a 40-second snippet of her new song.

“When we ain’t together when I’m with him, he know that I’m the realest / Ain’t got no opposition all these bitches in they feelings / But listen who the fuck y’all talkin’ to / I’m Alabama get to know me I might spazz on you,” she raps.

The song clip ends with a chorus sung by her: “Just pick up when I’m calling / you know my body / Don’t switch up when you got it / You know you got me / I’m out here riding shotty you right beside me / you feeling all up on me / He blow exotic.”

While some deemed Alabama’s music to be culturally appropriative, The Game took to the comments of Hollywood Unlocked—which shared her video—to applaud Alabama.

“NGL … she in pocket!” he wrote.

Alabama fired back at her critics, posting a TikTok with a song clip of Nicki Minaj talking about haters obsessing over the people they don’t like.

Though the drummer for Blink-182, Travis has also collaborated with a number of rappers, including Game, Lil Wayne, Trippie Redd, Paul Wall, and Run the Jewels.

In April, Alabama released a song called “Diamond in the Rough,” and when she was 11, she shared the song “Our House.”
