Murda Beatz Enlists Wale and Blxst for New Single and Video "One Shot"

Murda Beatz shared the new song and video for "One Shot" featuring Wale and Blxst, saying he's "really excited to start the year off with this record."

Murda Beatz has dropped off his new single and accompanying video for “One Shot” with Wale and Blxst.

The Insert Name-directed visual sees Murda acting as a referee in a women’s basketball game where Wale and Blxst are coaches, using the sport as a metaphor for shooting your shot in the romantic sense.

“One Shot” is Murda Beatz’s first release under his new distribution deal with ADA Worldwide, the independent label and artist services arm of Warner Music Group.

“I’m really excited to start the year off with this record featuring Blxst and Wale,” he said in a statement. “It all came together in Miami when we were all in the studio. I’m going to be dropping a lot with my new distribution partner ADA so I’m looking forward to giving my fans some new music this year!”

The producer also recently earned a Grammy nomination for Best Pop/Vocal Album for production on Ariana Grande’s Positions.
