Moneybagg Yo doesn’t throw fake money at his shows.

The Memphis native responded to a fan claiming he was tossing bogus bills at his St. Louis, Missouri show.

“My son went to his first concert tonight. Moneybagg came to St. Louis,” the woman said in a video (below). “So I brought my son to his first concert, spent $500. … And y’all won’t believe this.”

She then pointed the camera to some cash, which clearly was marked with the word “copy,” to indicate it wasn’t real.

“Look at this! They are in there throwing fake money. Got my son all excited and they in there throwing fake money. Y’all, I can’t make this shit up. Why even throw money? Throw that shit out the window," she told her son. "Y'all done hurt my son's poor little feelings."

Moneybagg responded to the allegations on his Instagram Stories on Sunday, writing, “Y’all just wanna say my name for anything I see. I might throw ones but ion care how much money I got I’m not throwing out real or fake hunnids. Wrong Man shit big Capp!!”

The 31-year-old is currently on his Larger Than Life Tour in support of his recent album Hard to Love. The 23-date jaunt kicked off in early August with support from Sexyy Red, Luh Tyler, Big Boogie, and YTB Fatt.
