Jeremih and Ty Dolla Sign Release "The Light," the First Single From Their Joint Album 'MihTy'

'MihTy' has seen a considerable delay. However, last month Ty Dolla shared with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 that the Hitmaka-produced album is slated for a June release.

Our two favorite crooners Ty Dolla Sign and Jeremih have released “The Light,” the first single from their highly-anticipated joint album MihTy.

You can listen to the track on Apple Music or below via Spotify.

The two trade verses over the bass-driven, jazzy beat, produced by Hitmaka, where sex is obviously on both singers' minds.

The joint project has seen a considerable delay. However, last month Ty Dolla shared with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 that the Hitmaka-produced album is slated for a June release.

Ty Dolla released his second studio album, Beach House 3, in October of 2017, and returned earlier in May to deliver the deluxe edition, which includes six additional tracks. Jeremih, on the other hand, has been busy hopping on guest features, with Valee for “Womp Womp,” and on the remix of Plies' song “Rock.”

Of course, both of them contributed on Kanye's latest album Ye. The Chicago rapper also said he was open to a collaborative project with Ty Dolla Sign and praised him for the quality work he puts out. "Ty is one of the strongest artists that we have living and anything I can do to support, get around, produce, take my hands, chop up, everything! I'm with it."
