Jeezy is taking his management team to court.

TMZ obtained court documents that show the rapper has claimed that his manager and his business manager, Solomon Fornie and Eddie Bridgeman, are exploiting him for his money.

Jeezy and Fornie created the company, Agency 99, to manage Jeezy’s money, but the pair’s relationship goes back 10 years. Bridgeman’s company, The SaiSai Group, also came in to help manage Jeezy’s finances. Jeezy has since claimed that Bridgeman wasn’t a licensed CPA at the time.

Late last year, Jeezy tried to cut ties with Fornie and Bridgeman, but they’ve been blocking his attempts to get to his books and records. Now, in an effort to either restore or shutter Agency 99, Jeezy has decided to sue the pair for his books and records, otherwise, he’s unable to abide by Georgia law. He’s also suing for damages.

The Snowman isn’t a stranger to dramatic legal battles. Last June, he finalized his divorce with Jeannie Mai after initially filing in September 2023.

When Jeezy filed for divorce, he claimed that their marriage was "irretrievably broken" with "no hope for reconciliation.” Mai later accused him of cheating and being abusive towards her, which he denied.

In an interview with People earlier this year, Mai explained that she's hasn't been concerned with dating but rather focused on self-care and personal growth following the divorce. "I feel like right now, I'm just celebrating all the things that I love and that love me and that feels like I'm booked dating myself,” the 46-year-old TV personality shared.
