Harlem has a new celebrity-owned cannabis dispensary. On Friday, former New York Giants star linebacker Jon Beason and Fat Joe’s manager, Rich Jospitre celebrated the opening of Dynasty Commodities, alongside fellow co-founders, entrepreneur Anthony Gonzalez and community leader Jahkaya Pugh.

Jadakiss, Remy Ma, Dave East, Maino, DJ Clue, Mysonne, and Tony Sunshine were all in attendance at the dispensary’s opening block party, which saw Remy playing hypewoman. She was seen getting the crowd excited to enjoy food, games, and a DJ set from Ted Smooth.

“It’s so important to support our Black and Brown community in the cannabis industry, but it’s more important to support our friends and family starting businesses and ventures,” she said in a statement.

The dispensary will also sell Carmelo Anthony’s cannabis brand, StayMelo. The NBA Hall of Famer recently made an appearance at Dynasty Commodities, hanging with Jospitre and Fat Joe.
