Billie Eilish is advocating for veganism.

The singer took to Instagram to share videos of how badly cows are abused at one of the largest dairy farms in the U.S., Fair Oaks Farms in Indiana. The video was first posted by Instagram user @carla.sweet.vegan, who claims the footage is from "the largest undercover dairy investigation in history."

“I keep my mouth shut most of the time about this because I believe everyone should do eat and say whatever they want..and I don't feel the need to shove what I believe in, in anyone's face,” Billie wrote in her Instagram story. “But man.. if you can watch the videos that I just posted and not give a fuck that its YOU contributing by LITERALLY EATING the creatures that are being fully tortured just for your pleasure. I feel sorry for you.”

She said that while she understands meat may taste good, she also said that even one person can spur change. “If you have half a brain, you should know ‘one person’ adds up... be smarter.”

Beyoncé and JAY Z presented the same challenge to their fans in December. In the introduction for Marco Borges' (Beyoncé's trainer) book, The Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World, the couple tell their fans to try veganism. It’s the diet Bey turned to in order to get ready for her Coachella 2018 performance. “44 days until Coachella,” she wrote on Instagram. “Vegan Time!!”

In other news, Billie will be holding a pop-up experience in NYC on June 15-16 and June 18-19.
