Baby Bash’s 2003 single, "Suga Suga," was a huge hit, but he’s now revealed the song’s music video got him into some legal trouble.

On Wednesday (February 4), the rapper took to X, where he shared the visual, writing: "We actually got sued by UPS for using that Uniform on her? (then she went on to join the pussycat dolls) true story."

The woman he’s referring to is Jessica Sutta, who did, in fact, go on to become a member of The Pussycat Dolls in the early 2000s.

A day later, Baby Bash shared the same post on his Instagram page. "True Story!! And Yes Jessica went on to Joined the Pussycat dolls.. My Label had to settle with UPS!! 🤦‍♂️😂😂,” he wrote, before adding: "What a Journey i been on!"

In the "Suga Suga" video, which featured singer Frankie J, Sutta is seen wearing a matching brown top and shorts, though they don’t exactly resemble the real UPS uniform. Sutta’s version includes booty shorts and a collared shirt that’s tied at her waist to show off her midriff.

It’s unclear what the exact result was in the alleged UPS lawsuit. In 2017, Baby Bash and Frankie J sat down with Billboard, where, according to the outlet, they discussed being "sued by UPS because the woman dressed up in a delivery uniform displayed a little bit too much butt cheek in the music video." However, the video in which they addressed the lawsuit appears to no longer exist.

"Suga Suga" peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 in December 2003 and remaining on the chart for 33 consecutive weeks.
