50 Cent couldn’t pass up an opportunity to crack a joke about a fake picture of Usher and Justin Bieber’s alleged altercation at Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Oscars afterparty.
Fif on Saturday (March 21) posted an AI-generated picture that’s been going viral on social media for depicting the two singers angrily holding each other as Bieber yells in Usher’s face.
50 Cent captioned the picture with, “I was a baby why you let him do that to me. WHAT THAT’s what I thought when (I) saw this picture. “
Fif’s comments seemingly reference rumors that Bieber was a victim of sexual assault by Diddy, which the singer denied last year in a statement. Usher, who signed Bieber through a joint venture in 2008, was a mentor to the latter and a mentee to Diddy.
Reports previously surfaced through TMZ that an alleged altercation between Usher and Bieber was physical, while insiders close to Bieber said there was “no physical contact” though the conversation was “intense.”
Another source told the outlet that Usher approached Bieber with “energy and anger,” resulting in a “heated exchange.” The argument was reportedly short.
According to the outlet, Bieber has been trying to cut ties with everyone from his past, including Usher. A source told TMZ that the younger singer has “always been rude to Usher.”
Bey and Hov’s party had a star-studded guest list. Attendees reportedly included Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Michael B. Jordan, Ryan Coogler, Teyana Taylor, Timothée Chalamet, and Kylie Jenner.
Bieber and Usher, who collaborated on “Somebody To Love” in 2010, haven’t been spotted together in a few years. Per TMZ, the last time the singers were in the same place was in 2022 at Coeur d'Alene Lake in Idaho.
