While fans wait for Travis Scott’s next project to arrive, they’ve been showing a lot of love to his previous full-length releases.

The rapper’s debut studio album, Rodeo, and its follow-up, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, were both certified platinum by the RIAA this month. But what makes this milestone especially notable is that each album hit the 1,000,000-unit mark on the same day: May 22.

Rodeo was released in September of 2015, and was followed by Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight almost a year later. Both projects were commercial successes, peaking at No. 3 and No.1 on the Billboard 200 charts, respectively. Rodeo’s second single “Antidote” has since gone triple platinum, while Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight’s “Goosebumps” and the Young Thug-assisted cut “Pick Up the Phone” have also reached platinum status; the former was actually certified double platinum on May 22 as well, meaning Travis received three platinum certifications in just one day.

Can Travis achieve the same success with his upcoming projects? We'll have to wait and see.

The 25-year-old Houston rapper is expected to drop his third studio album, Astroworld, as well as his collaboration with Quavo later this year; however, no one knows when the projects will come out. We’re not sure if Travis even knows.
