California-based rapper Reason has joined the TDE family.
The label's founder, Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith, shared the news via Twitter on Wednesday, along with Reason's new record called "The Soul."

Reason appeared on the well-received Black Panther soundtrack, contributing to the standout cut "Seasons" alongside Mozzy and Sjava.
The rapper spoke about his experience working on the album in a February interview with Rolling Out.
"I haven’t worked with other members besides [K.] Dot and Rock, but I’ve learned so much from being in the studio with those two," he said. "They’re teaching you things without even knowing they’re teaching them to you. Just heavily experienced."
Reason will also hit the road later this year as the special guest on Jay Rock's The Redemption Tour. The trek will kick off Sept. 12 in Lawrence, Kansas, and will conclude Oct. 29 in Los Angeles, California.
