Mariah Carey’s former security guard has accused the singer of sexual harassment.

According to TMZ, Michael Anello, who worked for Carey between June 2015 and May 2017, claims the 47-year-old artist committed "sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by" him. A draft lawsuit obtained by TMZ describes an incident in Cabo San Lucas in which Carey summoned the guard to her room to move some luggage. Anello said when he arrived the singer was "wearing a see-through negligee that was open." The guard claimed he tried to leave, but Carey insisted he move the luggage before he left. Anello said there was no physical contact during the incident.

The guard also claims the singer did not pay him for his services in the amount of $221,329.51. In addition to that, Anello alleges the singer agreed to hire his security company for another two years; however, Carey failed to keep her promise, which he says would add $511,000 to the previous figure. Anello also said that Carey humiliated him and his colleagues on multiple occasions, as she would refer to them as skinheads, KKK members, and Nazis. She also allegedly said she "wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people."

Though Carey’s representatives told TMZ they had no information about the sexual harassment claims, the team said they were in contact with Anello’s lawyers and were open to pay a certain amount. Anello is reportedly unhappy with the offer. One his lawyers said the lawsuit is now on hold.

Hollywood has been rocked by more and more reports of sexual misconduct following numerous accusations against film producer Harvey Weinstein. Figures such as Kevin Spacey, James Toback, Ed Wistwick, and Brett Ratner have all been accused of sexual harassment and/or assault within the past weeks.
