Ludacris unveiled the official music video for his new single “Vitamin D" earlier today.
The track is assisted by Ty Dolla Sign and uses the same string arrangement heard in Sisqo’s 2000 hit “Thong Song.” In the video, Luda and Ty are seen playing doctors who are trying to dole out their “Vitamin D” to scantily clad female patients. “Yeah, she need her fix tonight/Whoever she been with, he just ain't hittin' it right,” Luda sings. “So let me have my way with both your lips tonight/Girl, take this D, I don't want you gettin' sick tonight.”
“Vitamin D” is expected to appear on Luda’s upcoming ninth studio album, which will be his first full-length music project since 2015’s Ludaversal. The rapper is also gearing up for the premiere of his Fate of the Furious film, set to hit theaters this Friday.
