Danny Brown has shared another taste of his fast-approaching studio album, uknowhatimsayin¿.
More than two weeks after releasing "Best Life," the 38-year-old artist has delivered "3 Tearz" featuring his previous collaborators Run the Jewels. The song was produced by JPEGMAFIA and premiered Tuesday night on the live streaming platform Twitch. For those who missed out on the broadcast, you can listen to "3 Tearz" now on streaming platforms like Apple Music and Spotify.
uknowhatimsayin¿ serves as the follow-up to 2016's Atrocity Exhibition. The 11-track album will include titles like "Dirty Laundry," "Savage Nomad" and "Combat," as well as guest appearances by Blood Orange and Obongjayar.
"This is my version of a stand-up comedy album." Danny said in a press release. "Most of my close friends now aren’t rappers—they’re comedians and actors. So I wanted to create something that mixed humor with music. Something that was funny but not parody."
uknowhatimsayin¿ is slated to drop this Friday. Danny will then kick off the project's supporting tour on Oct. 12 at Afropunk ATL.
