Thanks to Trump, Cam'ron Is Now Encouraging Snitches

Cam'ron's new video for 'The Daily Show' encourages people to snitch on Donald Trump.

Cam’ron has done a 180 and now says snitching is perfectly fine…if it hurts Donald Trump.

In a new video for The Daily Show, Killa Cam jokingly encourages snitches to blow the whistle and expose the president’s shady business.

“Times changed. With Donald Trump as president, y’all snitches have a civic-ass responsibility to tell us what he’s up to,” Cam’ron says in the video. “So, if you’re a member of the intelligence community, a government bureaucrat, or a disgruntled third wife who didn’t sign up for any of this shit, tell the world what you know. Because from now on, snitches get riches.”

The video is a comedic reference to Cam’ron’s 2007 interview on 60 Minutes. The Harlemite told Anderson Cooper he would never snitch on a rival, and would even refuse to call the police to report a serial killer living next to him. Why? Because, as the old adage goes, “snitches get stitches.”

It’s unlikely Cam’ron believes snitching is permissible in every situation; however, it sounds like he is one of many Americans who think White House officials should continue to leak information that reveals the administration’s wrongdoings. Trump, of course, has attempted to crack down on White House leaks, and has even pointed the finger at former President Barack Obama.

"I think that President Obama's behind [the protests] because his people are certainly behind it," Trump told Fox & Friends. "And some of the leaks possibly come from that group, you know, some of the leaks—which are very serious leaks, because they're very bad in terms of national security." Trump then switched the topic to something about a vaguely described collective of "bad guys."
