Hear Ariana Grande's New Single "Imagine"

It's another taste of Ariana's upcoming album, 'Thank U, Next.'

Ariana Grande knows a lot about heartbreak—and sings about it incredibly well.

On Thursday night, the singer-songwriter released the highly anticipated “Imagine,” a promotional single for her fifth studio album. Grande announced the record earlier this week, and since shared a number of teasers online. She took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal “Imagine” would address failed relationships, much like her No. 1 single “Thank U, Next.”

"A lot of this album mourns failed yet important beautiful relationships in my life (as well as celebrates growth / exploring new independence),” she wrote, “but for those of you asking about imagine: i would say if 'thank u, next' = acceptance... 'imagine' = denial. hope that makes sense. (sic).”

She expanded her description on Twitter, admitting that the song could have a different meanings for different listeners.
