Maybe 21 Savage is still celebrating his birthday?
Just a few days after the rapper turned 24, and received a shiny new Ferrari as a gift from Drake and showed it off on Instagram, TMZ spotted him on the streets of New York carrying an ungodly amount of cash in hand.
The cameraman asks 21 Savage how much cash he's actually carrying, to which he replies "a quarter million." And it's believable when you see those stacks.
The rapper was apparently coming from Avianne & Co Jewelers on W. 47th Street in Manhattan. When asked what he was spending the cash on, he replied, "chains and shit," and motioned to the jewelry hanging around his neck.
