Young Thug Sounds Off on His Beef With Plies and Talks About Working With Kanye West

In a wide-ranging interview with Sway Calloway, Young Thug went into details about his relationships with a number of prominent hip-hop artists and controversies he's been attached to. He started off with Plies, expressing anger about him posting a video of his daughter on Instagram and saying "I'm gonna slap the shit out of him." On the other hand, he played down his beef with the Game, saying that it was simply a misunderstanding surrounding his issues with Lil Wayne.

One of the most interesting moments was when Sway asked him about the Lil Wayne tour bus shooting that Thug and Birdman were implicated in. He denied any involvement and heaped praise upon Wayne, saying "He can say whatever he wants, I will never beef with that man." Along he way he also goes into detail about his relationship with Birdman, and Rich Homie Quan, and talks about working with Kanye West. Although he didn't confirm any rumors about what they've cooked up in the studio or when it would see the light of day, he certainly made it sound like they had music together coming soon. At the end he takes call-in questions from the listeners.
