It's been a big 2016 so far for Future, who dropped two projects—Purple Reign and EVOL. Now, he's basking in the glow of their success and hitting the promotion circuit to keep the buzz going. To that end, he appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night to perform his single "Wicked."
Future's influence seems to be extending far beyond his own music. This past week, Desiigner's hit song "Panda," which many people believe to be heavily inspired by his sound, became the No. 1 rap song in the country. And while Future has never had a song chart that high, it's clear that his sound is increasingly becoming a staple of hip-hop's sound.
