Premiere: Nilly Noy Brings the Heat in New Music Video for “Feelin Like” f/ Taya

Toronto artist Nilly Noy brings the heat to a winter wonderland in the latest music video for his single “Feelin Like,” featuring Vancouver soul artist Taya.

Toronto-based artist Nilly Noy brings the heat to a winter wonderland in the latest music video for his single “Feelin Like,” featuring Taya, whose sweet and sultry vocals dance over colourful beats.

In the video, the pair wander through the icy north, donning white fur coats as they fill the space with warm melodies. Nilly Noy touched on his excitement to work with soulful singer Taya, as she rises to fame from Vancouver. “We have a good chemistry and she’s super talented. When we got to the studio we both wanted to create a summer hit. Something with good vibes and fun,” he told Complex Canada.

The vocalists joined forces with producer Keegan Grebanier to create an infectious summer track, featuring rhythmic Afro sounds and baile funk as Noy celebrates his Angolan and Brazilian background.

“I’m really proud of my Angolan/Brazilian roots, so when producing the songs we chose a lot of African instruments and Brazil sounds. I’m really pushing for that vibe. I want you to sing and dance after hearing the song for the first time,” says Noy.

Check out “Feelin Like” above and stay tuned for more to come from Nilly Noy.
