Ricky Martin is making it clear that a viral image linking him to an OnlyFans creator isn’t what it seems.
The pop icon responded this week after Mario Salvador shared a shirtless image that appeared to show the two together, with Martin wrapped in a towel.
Per Attitude, the photo was included in a four-slide Instagram carousel posted by the Spanish content creator on Sunday, December 14, and Salvador tagged Martin directly, prompting quick attention from fans.
It didn’t take long for Martin to weigh in. The “Livin’ La Vida Loca” singer jumped into the comments the following day with a playful response in Spanish, shutting down the implication that the image reflected a real-life encounter.
“No, no, no, no. Don’t lie, gentleman,” Martin wrote, per an English translation. “We’ve never even met. Who knows if someday, but not yet,” he added, punctuating the comment with a winking emoji.
The image itself appeared to be AI-generated, part of a growing wave of deepfake-style content circulating across social platforms. The comments on the post also suggested that some fans weren't aware it was an AI-generated deepfake until the global pop star clarified it in his remarks.
Salvador, who has more than 112,000 Instagram followers, is known for sharing adult content with a sizable audience. On his OnlyFans profile, he describes himself as 27 years old and lists interests that include working out, painting, traveling, and spending time in nature.
His page also invites subscribers to connect with him directly, while noting that he is single and "open to private conversations."
Martin, meanwhile, has largely kept his personal life out of the spotlight in recent years. He is a father of four and finalized his divorce from artist Jwan Yosef in 2023. He has not publicly confirmed that he is in a relationship since the split.
