Travis Scott's 'Circus Maximus' Film is Now on Apple Music

'Circus Maximus' serves as the visual accompaniment to Travis Scott's recently released album 'Utopia.'

Circus Maximus, the visual accompaniment to Utopia, is now available to watch in full on Apple Music.

Travis Scott's film is now here for everyone to enjoy following its debut in theaters last month. Scott directed the film alongside Gaspar Noé (Climax, Enter the Void), Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive, The Neon Demon), Harmony Korine (Spring Breakers, Gummo), acclaimed music video director Khalil Joseph, and Valdimar Jóhannsson (Lamb).

Scott stars in the film—which is similar in structure to something like Beyoncé's Lemonade—and brings along a number of guests including Rick Rubin, James Blake, Yung Lean, and Teezo Touchdown.

The arrival of Circus Maximus on Apple Music comes just after he performed live in Rome, Italy from the actual Circus Maximus. The show was live-streamed via his official website. It served as a sort of replacement show after his plans to perform at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt failed to materialize.

As the hype for Utopia and Circus Maximus reached critical levels last month, Scott surprised fans by showing up to various theater showings of the film. He also personally hid merch in some theaters, which his most dedicated fans snatched up quickly.

Circus Maximus isn't the only project Scott has with director Harmony Korine this year. As confirmed last week, the Spring Breakers director is teaming up with La Flame for Aggro Dr1ft, which will receive its premiere at TIFF 2023. "In this sensuous experimental film, spellbinding infrared photography conjures a hallucinatory portrait of a haunted assassin," the festival teased of the film, which is among the headliners of the Midnight Madness lineup.
