Summer Walker Shares 'Clear 2: Soft Life' EP f/ J. Cole, Solange, and Childish Gambino

Summer Walker's first new project since 2021's 'Still Over It' features appearances from Childish Gambino, J. Cole, Steve Lacy, and Solange.

Summer Walker has shared her new nine-track EP, Clear 2: Soft Life.

Clear 2: Soft Life features appearances from J. Cole, who shows up on the intro track "To Summer, From Cole," and a rare guest verse from Donald Glover as Childish Gambino. On the production side of things, the EP also boasts credits from Solange, Steve Lacy, Jay Versace, and John Carroll Kirby. Clear 2 serves as the sequel to her 2019 debut EP and follows the release of 2021's Still Over It, which debuted at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

To coincide with the release of the EP, Walker has also shared the music video for "Pull Up" starring BMF stars Lil Meech and Myles Truitt.

Cole utilizes his appearance on the project to congratulate Walker on the birth of her twins last year while also teasing his next release. "Congratulations, I hope you got through it with no complications," he raps on the song. "I find it amazing, the way that you juggle your kids, the biz, the fame, the bitches that’s hatin’/ They sit around waiting for you to fall off like the album I’m making."
