Offset Responds to Report He Got Into Fight With Quavo at the Grammys

In a tweet shared on Monday, Offset seemingly responded to a report that he got into a physical confrontation with Quavo over Sunday’s Takeoff tribute at the Grammys.

“What tf look fighting my brother yal n****s is crazy,” wrote Offset.

Sources told TMZ on Monday that the Migos rappers got into a fight backstage over Quavo’s tribute to the late Takeoff, who was fatally shot last year. The sources added that Grammys producers asked Offset to be part of the tribute, but Quavo nixed it. Offset’s apparent response to the reports come not long after he called out J. Prince for publicly speculating on his relationship with Takeoff.

Quavo, who released a collaborative album with Takeoff prior to his death, took to the stage on Sunday to perform his song “Without You” during the show’s In Memoriam segment. He first dropped the song last month, and it serves as a tribute to the late rapper.

“Out in the galaxy, up in the stars/Over the universe, it’s bigger than Mars,” raps Quavo on the track. “See you in heaven, see you heaven/When I see you in heaven, I’ma be with my dog.”

Both of the rappers were in attendance at the Grammys on Sunday, which made Offset’s absence from the tribute all the more curious for some fans. Migos essentially went their separate ways last year without ever officially calling it quits, with Quavo and Takeoff teaming up while Offset further pursued his solo career.
