Nav and Young Thug Drop "No Debate" Video

Fresh off the release of his new album Good Intentions, Nav has dropped the video for his Young Thug collab "No Debate."

The visuals find the two bathed in moody lighting. It's just as direct as the track itself, which the two recorded when Thug made a stop in Toronto during his most recent tour. They also linked up for another record on Good Intentions in "Spend It," which is teased at the end of the video.

In an interview with Complex News' Pierce Simpson, Nav said that Thug was his favorite artist to work with when he was putting together the project. "Working with Thug... He's such a cool and humble guy, especially [for] where he's at in his career," he explained. "We had a really good time in Toronto making those songs." Thug made sure to stick around in Toronto for a fews days to accomodate the studio time, Nav added.

Elsewhere in the interview, Nav said that he wrapped Good Intentions just before the coronavirus pandemic forced lockdowns across North America. He suggested that the new album is the result of him changing "the narrative" around him, going from "overhated" to someone who's more respected. "What people think about me don't get me paid," he added. "I don't care, but there's an element of a race wall. Maybe 'cause I'm Indian or something."
