Lil Xan Asked His Girlfriend for ‘Proof’ of Miscarriage He Deemed ‘Suspicious’

Earlier this month, Lil Xan revealed that his girlfriend Annie Smith had a miscarriage, an experience she detailed in an emotional Instagram post. In a new interview with No Jumper's Adam 22, Xan has admitted he cast doubt over whether she was pregnant to begin with.

"We're supposed to be getting some documentation from Kaiser Permanente, a hospital, but I was like, 'I need the paperwork of the miscarriage you had,'" he said during the interview. Annie Smith and Lil Xan were previously accused of faking the pregnancy, with people noting the similarities between the ultrasound they shared and a picture found through Google Image search. Smith denied the accusations, but it would appear as though the 22-year-old Xan is now one of those doubting her.

"And then because I sent her—this is another suspicious thing—I was like, 'Go down to the hospital because it's on our street and get the paperwork saying you had a miscarriage,' but she came back saying, 'Oh, I have to do this process and shit,'" he continued. "So I was like—it really gets you thinking, you know what I mean? I want to give her the benefit of the doubt."

Xan also cast doubt on the future of his relationship with Annie Smith when speaking to Adam 22. "Don’t get me wrong, I love Annie to death but, like, it’s complicated as fuck right now," he added. "We in limbo or some shit."

Despite this, Xan later shared a picture with her on his Instagram. To cap off Xan's worrying comments, he also stated that he's been sleeping with other women, but in light of the current situation will "hold back" for the time being.
