During a recent show as part of her Studio Sessions concert residency in Las Vegas, Kelly Clarkson revealed that her former manager recommended that she get breast augmentation surgery.

“I had some dick manager one time tell me to get a boob job,” she told the audience during the Nov. 8 concert after she worried about a potential wardrobe malfunction, as reported by TMZ. “I was like, ‘Why don’t you get a dick job? I’m fine with my itty-bitty titties! Get out of here. … Who says that shit? People say that shit. They say it all the time to people in the industry. They say the craziest shit. I’m like, ‘This is not normal, you’ve normalized crazy.’”

Clarkson then suggested that people in the industry look like the villains from The Hunger Games. “Everybody out here looking like they’re in the Capitol in Hunger Games,” she joked. “Calm down, just get old. Be glad, not everybody gets to get old, you know what I’m saying? Do you, but don’t make me do you, you know? And I like my itty-bitty titties, they’ve served me well.”

The 43-year-old singer-songwriter and television host is currently wrapping up her second Las Vegas residency, which kicked off in July earlier this year.

Shortly before the residency started, Clarkson postponed a number of the shows due to her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock’s declining health. She cited the need to be “fully present” for her children during the difficult time. Blackstock passed away in August at age 48 following a battle with cancer.

“It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away. Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years,” the statement from his family read. “He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time.”
