Kanye Dedicates Performance of "I Wonder" to Drake and Ian Connor During South Korea Show

The dedication to Drake comes just months after Ye dissed the rapper on a remix of "Like That."

During a concert in Seoul, South Korea on Friday, Aug. 23, the artist formerly known as Kanye West dedicated a performance of his Graduation track "I Wonder" to Drake and Ian Connor.

Ye hosted yet another Vultures concert in Korea this week, delivering a staggering 74-song set with tracks from all of his career. He touched on material from each of his albums, and he briefly stopped after performing "Stronger" to dedicate the next song to Drake and Ian Connor. "This one for Drake, this one for Ian Connor," he said as the opening of "I Wonder" played.

While Drake has yet to respond to the curious shout-out, Ian Connor has since replied with a tweet. "And I wonder," he wrote.

Ye has a complicated history with Drake, collaborating with the Canadian superstar earlier in his career before kicking off a much-publicized beef that ultimately culminated in a concert in support of freeing Larry Hoover from prison. Tensions have flared again since then, however, and Ye directly targeted Drizzy on his remix of Future, Metro Boomin, and Kendrick Lamar's "Like That," the song responsible for blowing up the rap civil war of 2024.

When he debuted that remix, he said, "Everybody is very, very excited about the elimination of Drake."
