GloRilla Shares Voicemail of Grandmother Saying Rapper Looks Like Rihanna

GloRilla shared a voicemail message left by her grandmother in which she suggested the “Tomorrow 2” rapper looks like Rihanna.

"How come you didn't tell me Rihanna and Gloria look so much alike?" her grandmother said in the clip, which was initially sent to GloRilla's mother. "I can't tell them girls apart on TV. That girl look just like your daughter."

Alongside the message, GloRilla added, "My gma confirmed it 😂😂😂❤️Y’all be hating byeee !!!!! @rihanna hey sis I luv you."

Her post comes not long after the release of the deluxe edition of her Anyways, Life’s Great... EP, which features appearances from Trina, Lil Durk, and Niki Pooh. The 13-track edition of the project builds on the original version, which initially featured nine tracks when it arrived in November, 2022.

At the start of the month, tragedy struck when three died in a stampede at a the end of a GloRilla concert in Rochester, New York. In a tweet about the situation, the rapper said she was “devastated & heartbroken over the tragic deaths that happened after Sunday’s show.” She offered up prayers for the families and those who are still recovering from their injuries. “My fans mean the world to me,” she added.

The family of one of the victims, 35-year-old Brandy Miller, has reportedly started talks with attorneys to potentially file a lawsuit against GloRilla, supporting act Finesse2tymes, and the concert venue, Main Street Armory.
