None of the songs that appeared in the Apple Music top five most-streamed songs of 2025 came out this year.

As revealed by Apple Music’s Replay 2025 feature, which debuted on Tuesday (Dec. 2), all of the top five songs featured in the worldwide top 100 most-streamed songs of the year came out in 2024. The list consists of Rosé and Bruno Mars’ “APT,” Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “Luther,” Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ “Die With a Smile,” Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” and Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather.”

In fact, all but one of the top ten tracks—Alex Warren’s “Ordinary”—originally dropped in 2024, even if they turned up on a 2025 album like The Weeknd and Playboi Carti’s “Timeless,” which came in at No. 8. “Ordinary” is the first song on the list to have debuted in 2025, coming in at No. 7.

The arrival of the annual Replay feature revealed the full extent of what Apple Music subscribers were listening to this year. Drake, who has yet to release his long-awaited new album Iceman, was the most-streamed artist of the year. Morgan Wallen has the most songs in the top 100 with 12 songs, while Kendrick Lamar holds the honor of having the most songs in the top 25 with five entries.
