Post Malone’s longtime manager Dre London announced on Thursday that he’s launching his own record label in partnership with tech company Vydia.

The new venture is titled London Music Group, with Dre London providing his A&R and music industry expertise, and Vydia providing supply chain, distribution, rights management, and analytics resources. The first release from the label arrived on Friday with Mario and Chris Brown’s collaborative single “Get Back.”

“I’m thrilled to partner with Vydia for the creation of London Music Group,” said Dre London in a statement announcing the launch of the label. “Vydia’s work to empower independent music labels opens doors for incredible new artists to emerge, a mission we both share. This new venture will allow established artists to evolve exponentially into the future, as well as introduce top of the line new talent to the world.”

Vydia CEO and co-founder Roy LaManna added, “Dre has an innate ability to discover talent and create superstars on a global level. We’re excited to work with him and provide him the tools he needs across the board to run this new label.”

In a statement shared with Complex, Dre London said, “I chose to partner Vydia because the technology they have built to support music creation over the last few years is incredible. I also believe it’s time to put power and freedom back into the hands of creators, which Vydia is helping to do in a big way. This partnership will help fuel the London Music Group label in the creatively-free way I always dreamt it, while we continue to evolve our established artists and create big records, as well as develop emerging acts. Great things are coming.”

Earlier this year, Dre London featured in the music video for Post Malone’s track “Motley Crew,” which also saw appearances from the likes of Ty Dolla Sign, Big Sean, and Tommy Lee of Motley Crue fame.
