With Drake and 21 Savage’s new collaborative album Her Loss on the way this week, the two have released a promo magazine to coincide with its release.
Marketing for the duo’s highly-anticipated project is in full force, and the promo magazine will be available to pick up across New York City. The locations were obtained by Complex from a source close to the situation. Wheatpasting of the cover has also gone up across NYC. The mag teases a quote from 21, which reads, “You have to be political.”
Drake and 21 announced Her Loss earlier this month, and initially planned to release it on Oct. 28. However, the release was pushed back a week to Nov. 4 after Noah “40” Shebib caught COVID-19 while he put the last touches on the it.
“Me and my brother on newsstands tomorrow!! Thanks @voguemagazine and Anna Wintour for the love and support on this historic moment,” Drizzy teased in a post he made to Instagram.
The two rappers have made for a formidable pairing ever since they first jumped on a record together on “Sneakin,” which arrived back in 2016. They went on to collaborate a further three times, most recently with “Jimmy Cooks” on Drizzy’s Honestly, Nevermind album.
