45-year-old Long Beach rapper and Tha Dogg Pound member Daz Dillinger has been in the news recently thanks to his disapproval of Kanye West's endorsement of Donald Trump, but now he's making headlines for a decidedly different reason. TMZ reports that Daz has been arrested after police searched his Georgia home, finding 117 grams of marijuana and numerous other controlled substances.

Police reportedly arrested Daz last night (Sept. 25) when they discovered weed, THC pods, THC oil, and a mysterious contained labeled "cannabis lean" in his home studio. He's currently in jail in Cobb County, where he was booked on 12 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of more than one ounce of weed. He's currently still in jail waiting to see a judge, with his bond set at $15K.

Before his arrest, Daz challenged fellow rappers to show the deeds to their homes to prove they aren't renting or pay a mortgage.

Just this week, Daz turned his attention to 'Ye once again after previously dropping a diss track directed at him titled "True to the Game." Posting on Instagram, he made his feelings abundantly clear, "Kanye West... fuck you and your bitch. That bitch sucked so much dick. She probably ain't sucking your dick because you be on one."

He subsequently urged Nick Cannon to beat-up Kanye after the two were involved in a back and forth, which has reportedly since been resolved. Although it should be noted that a freestyle with Cannon taking shots at Yeezy has since surfaced.

This isn't the first time this year Daz Dillinger has found himself in trouble with law, as he was approached by police in May after he threatened Kanye West.
