Blueface's music royalties have been ordered to go to Soulja Boy’s baby mama, Jackilyn Martinez, after she was awarded a default judgment in a defamation lawsuit from 2023.
As reported by TMZ, Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Peter Hernandez granted a request from Martinez to have the "Thotiana" rapper's ASCAP and BMI royalties pay off the remaining $123,245 debt he owes her.
She was awarded the default judgment in April 2025 after Blueface failed to respond to the lawsuit, in which she accused him of making defamatory statements against her during his heated feud with Soulja Boy, with whom she shares a child.
In posts shared on social media, Blueface (real name Jonathan Michael Porter) escalated the feud, alleging that he had sex with Martinez the day before she and Soulja Boy hosted a baby shower. "Tell Soulja get a DNA test that's my child lil bro I'm the daddy now," he claimed.
Martinez denied the claims Blueface made against her, and in a court declaration, she stated she had only had protected sex with Blueface in 2018 and had no further contact with him after that encounter. "I did not engage in any sexual activity with Blueface the day before my baby shower, or while I was pregnant," she said. "There is zero chance that Blueface is my child's biological father."
She filed a $10 million defamation suit against the rapper, which included $100,000 for pain and suffering, $18,000 in special damages, $3,070 in attorney's fees, and $2,173 in additional legal costs. However, the court declined to award punitive damages.
"As a result of Porter's wrongful conduct and the defamatory statements, I have and continue to suffer severe emotional and mental distress, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks (and) crying spells,” she claimed in the initial lawsuit filing.
The redirection of Blueface's royalties will remain ongoing until his debt to Martinez is settled.
Martinez is also pursuing a child support case against Soulja Boy for their three-year-old child, as reported by TMZ earlier this month.
