Beyoncé Spotted Shopping in Qatar Following End of Her World Tour

It's unclear if Bey's outfit was to help her remain incognito, or to be respectful to Islam culture.

Beyoncé has been spotted going incognito while enjoying a spot of shopping in Qatar, after wrapping her tour in support of Cowboy Carter.

As reported by TMZ, Bey was seen shopping at a Yves St. Laurent store at a mall in Qatar on Thursday (October 16). Instead of donning one of her Cowboy-inspired outfits from her recent, country-influenced era, she donned an all-black outfit with a traditional hijab headscarf. Despite going into the store, she appeared to leave empty-handed, unless she had someone else carrying her bags as she left.

While Jay-Z wasn’t photographed by her side, her husband was recently seen outside the National Museum of Qatar, so it’s clear it was a couples trip even if she went shopping by herself. It’s not clear, however, if her outfit was to help her remain incognito, or to be respectful to Islam culture while there.

After her tour wrapped in Las Vegas in July, Bey has kept a low-profile with minimal public appearances ever since. She’s shared a number of Instagram posts showing off various looks, and a brief tribute to the late D’Angelo on her Stories, but outside of that it appears as though she’s been enjoying her time off.

Her vacation with Hov comes not too long after it was reported that a hard drive containing unreleased music from her is still missing, despite the suspected thief having been arrested. The suspect, Kelvin Evans, reportedly broke into a Jeep Wagoneer and stole two suitcases, one of which contained the hard drive of unreleased music. It’s unclear if the music is from a follow-up to Bey’s Cowboy Carter, or from a different era entirely.

ComplexCon returns to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, with over 300 brands and live performances by Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, Ken Carson, and more. Get your tickets now.
