DJ Shay’s legacy is ever-evolving, and to add to that legacy, Grafh has announced the release of the deluxe edition of Stop Calling Art Content.
The expanded version of his 2021 collaborative effort with the late Shay will arrive on Feb. 18 and include four additional cuts. To celebrate the announcement, Grafh is premiering the new track “Money Calling,” featuring the legendary Havoc, exclusively on Complex.
The latest BSF release comes with three new features, from Havoc, Jay Worthy, and RJ Payne, adding to the already-stacked lineup of Benny the Butcher, Bun B, CyHi, Styles P, Sheek Louch, Ransom, Ricky Hyde, Heem, ElCamino, and 3D Na’Tee. Every guest does their due diligence to honor Shay, who died in August of 2020 following COVID complications.
“This is for DJ Shay, and to continue honoring him, we wanted to extend the life of Stop Calling Art Content and drop a deluxe version. Shay, Benny, and I had a few joints we purposely kept in the stash just to release at a later date to keep the energy flowing, and now is the time,” Grafh tells Complex. “Havoc was Shay’s favorite producer so we created ‘Money Calling.’ Long live my brother DJ Shay.”
As for other BSF news, Benny himself is set to drop the long-awaited Tana Talk 4 on March 11, so Griselda fans have something more to stay tuned for.
