Eve has some exciting news.
The multi-talented Philly musician has announced that she’s pregnant with her first child on Instagram Friday, and expecting the child with her husband Maximillion Cooper in February. Eve is the stepmom to his four children after getting married to Cooper back in 2014.
“Can you believe it @mrgumball3000,” Eve wrote alongside a pregnancy photo. “we finally get to tell everyone!!!!! ❤️ You all know how long we’v been waiting for this blessing!!! We get to meet our lil human February 2022.”
Eve is already seeing congratulatory comments from friends in Missy Elliott, Trina, Fat Joe, and plenty more in the game.
The musician, who previously opened up about fertility struggles, left The Talk in 2020 and explained before her departure that she’s looking to expand her family. She and Cooper have tried several ways to conceive, she said, as she shared a moment with host Sharon Osbourne, who said she had a friend who welcomed her first child at 50.
“Hearing that for me Mrs. [Sharon Osbourne], that gives me so much hope. I think as women we’re always told when you reach a certain age, ‘You’re too old. You should have done this then,’” Eve, 42, shared.
Cooper also shared the news with his own followers, too, writing that the duo has “a lil human on the way.” We extend our congratulations to Eve and Cooper.
