Jay-Z kicked off the first of two sold-out charity concerts at New York City's Carnegie Hall which, if you didn't already know, is his first performance since becoming a father to daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
Special guests included Alicia Keys and Nas. The shows will benefit the United Way and The Shawn Carter Foundation which will help raise money to send underprivileged kids to college.
