The months-long custody battle between Post Malone and the mother of his child, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, has officially come to an end.
According to TMZ, which cited newly filed court documents, Posty and Park reached an agreement last week regarding custody, visitation rights, and child support for their 3-year-old daughter. The remaining details of the arrangement have been sealed.
Park initially filed for primary physical custody in Los Angeles Superior Court in April. People reported at the time that she sought joint legal custody, was open to granting Malone visitation rights, and wanted him to cover her legal fees.
In July, Park moved to dismiss her custody request. Malone had already filed his own custody petition in Utah on April 14—just days before Park filed in L.A., where child support awards often run higher.
The parents have never revealed their daughter's name, who is listed as “DDP” in court documents, though her May 26, 2022 birth date was divulged.
Malone has not publicly addressed his split from Park, though TMZ previously shared video of him out with another woman, identified as Christy Lee, in March. The outlet also published photos of Malone and Lee dining together in Rome this past January.
The rapper announced the birth of his daughter in June 2022 during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, surprising Stern with the news. Post and Park welcomed their daughter in May 2022.
