Rihanna Brings Her Children to Support ASAP Rocky During Closing Arguments of Assault Trial

The singer brought sons RZA and Riot to court today.

Rihanna showed up with her two children to support ASAP Rocky.

The “Diamonds” singer, 36, was spotted arriving at Rocky’s gun trial along with their sons, two-year-old RZA and nine-month-old Riot, as closing arguments occurred on Thursday.

As seen in footage making the rounds online, Rihanna arrived dressed in a black leather jacket and being covered from the rain by a security team member’s umbrella.

According to reporter Meghann Cuniff, the singer “with one kid in her arms, and a woman with her had the other kid in her arms.” They took a seat in the front row of the gallery behind the defense table next to Rocky’s mother, Renee Black.

“The kids are well-behaved, particularly given how young they are and what they're doing -- sitting quietly in a courtroom packed with strangers. One just left with a caretaker,” wrote Cuniff before later tweeting that Rihanna had a kid’s book out for Riot.

Rihanna made her first and unexpected court appearance in support of her partner late last month.

Rocky, 36, is on trial for allegedly assaulting former friend ASAP Relli, who claimed Rocky pulled a gun and shot at him.

The rapper denied the accusation, with his lawyer Joe Tacopina asserting the gun seen in the video footage was a prop. He faces a possible 24-year sentence if convicted.
