GloRilla has some words for Speedy Morman.
It’s been nearly a month since Glo, 25, and Speedy, 30, went viral for their flirty interview on Complex’s 360 with Speedy. Now the rapper has something to say about one of the host’s recent tweets in response to a fan.
“Speedy could never interview me, 2 minutes in, ima ask if he wanna conduct an interview between my legs,” wrote an X user last week.
“Speedy mormon, investigative journalist,” he responded days later through a quote tweet.
“You showing out,” Glo joked.
“Im sorry stinka,” Speedy wrote back.
During their 360 with Speedy interview published last month, the two discuss everything from Glo's early days to the "TGIF" rapper getting a co-sign from Rihanna and meeting Beyoncé—plus her infamous Memphis accent.
The moment that had the internet talking was their conversation about cheating, specifically when GloRilla shares that she thinks that men are “programmed to cheat.”
When Speedy asks about her type, she laughs, insists he knows the answer and says she’s waiting for God to reveal the right person.
Speedy, suggesting that he and a few of his friends are the last good men on Earth, playfully offers to set her up with one of his friends, even joking that they could grow dreadlocks to match her taste.
Glo was asked about the interview on an episode of Angel Reese’s Unapologetically Angel podcast and denied she was flirting with Speedy at all.
“I don’t know why they was saying that, I’m just bubbly,” Glo said at the 6:11 mark in the video linked above. “They’re probably gonna say that I’m flirting with you cause I really just be smiling … But I’ve been seeing that a lot, ‘Oh my god, y’all have chemistry.’”
“He a good looking man but I don’t like light-skinned n***as,” she added.
