After returning from a hiatus to drop his mixtape KILLSTREAK 2 this summer, Toronto rap outlier KILLY isn’t taking his foot off the gas. Today, he unleashes the deluxe version of the tape and announces a Canadian tour.

The updated offering expands of KILLSTREAK 2’s highly flammable tracklist with new collabs featuring UK MC AJ Tracey, as well as his Secret Sound Club labelmates Benjy Mane and a4. There are also some new solo tracks like “BLUE CHECK” and “SPEED DEMON,” as well as previously released loosies “SAILOR MOON” and “OH NO.”

The rapper tells us the deluxe version is “full of fan favourites and snippets that I’m happy are finally seeing the light. Mixtape KILLY a different breed.”

In December, KILLY will embark on a Canadian tour before heading off for some shows in Europe. “I haven’t been on tour in so long, so I’m ready to be back on the road,” he says. You can grab tickets here starting September 24.

When we spoke with KILLY last June, he revealed he’s also planning on dropping a collaborative album with Grammy-winning, Drake-affiliated producer Boi-1da in the near future. “It forced me to really refine my sound and simplify it a little while still maintaining the KILLY elements,” he said of the collab. “But yeah, Boi-1da, he has his sound, so sometimes it was a challenge to try and figure out how to come on his shit, and then sometimes it came easy. But the final product is hard. It’s going to be sick. Super sick.”
