R. Kelly’s former manager James Mason is turning himself into authorities after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest. According to The Blast, Mason is accused of “terroristic threats and acts" for intimidating the family of Kelly’s alleged victim Joycelyn Savage.

"I'm gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I'm gonna get you, I'm going to fucking kill you," Mason is alleged to have told Timothy Savage in May, per a TMZ report. He’s surrendering to Henry County, Georgia on Wednesday.

Savage has previously gone public with accusations that Kelly is holding his daughter, as well as other women, captive against their will in an alleged sex cult. Joycelyn has denied that claim.

Kelly’s current manager Don Russell is also being investigated by authorities for allegedly threatening the Savage family following their involvement in the Lifetime docuseries Surviving R. Kelly. Timothy Savage called the cops to his Georgia residence around 6 a.m. on Jan. 3, after allegedly receiving threats from a man claiming to be Russell on the day the series first aired.

Mason is likely to be let out on bond once he turns himself in, as long as he promises to have no contact with the Savage family. The family’s attorney Gerald Griggs told The Blast “a restraining order against the family will be a condition of bond for Mason," and that the family is looking into hiring security.

Kelly is currently under investigation in Chicago and New York, as well as Fulton County, Georgia following the damning Lifetime series documenting his decades of abuse against young and underaged black women.
