Childish Gambino's headlining set at the 2018 Voodoo Music + Arts Experience in New Orleans has been canceled due to an injury he reportedly sustained while in Dallas during a stop on his This Is America Tour.

The silver lining to the unfortunate news is that Travis Scott will be taking Gambino's place. Scott will join 21 SavageJanelle Monáe, Tinashe, and others at the festival.

The 2018 Voodoo Music + Arts Experience will take place Oct 26 to Oct 28.

Last month, word came out that Gambino's This Is America Tour was being rescheduled due to the aforementioned injury. At the time of the announcement, it was said that he would still be performing at Voodoo. Looks like that's changed.
