Today in White House atrocities, people are quite concerned with a certain batch of photos featuring noted Bowling Green Massacre historian and frequent source ofSNL inspiration Kellyanne Conway:
The photos, which show Conway phoning it up atop an Oval Office couch, sparked some heated "WHY ARE YOUR FEET ON THE COUCH?!" commentary before devolving into a so-so meme. The pictures of perched Conway were taken Monday during Trump's meeting with leaders of historically black colleges, NBC News reported. But anyway, here's what Twitter had to say about the pics:
Sadly, the focus on these photos continues our national trend of ignoring that aforementioned Bowling Green Massacre tragedy. As Conway told a befuddled Chris Matthews on Hardball earlier this month, this "Bowling Green Massacre" was totally ignored by the media. "I bet it's brand new information to people that President Obama had a six-month ban on the Iraqi refugee program after two Iraqis came here to this country, were radicalized, and they were the masterminds behind the Bowling Green Massacre," Conway said. "I mean, most people don't know that because it didn't get covered."
Oh wait. My bad. I forgot one important detail about this alleged massacre: IT NEVER HAPPENED. Carry on with the photo bashing, internet. At least we got a vigil out of it.
